Smoked Salmon with Bagels and Cream Cheese
Ideal for breakfast, lunch, supper or just as a snack. The ideal comfort food.

- 2 bagels.
- 200g/7oz full fat cream cheese.
- 150g/5oz Smoked salmon.
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill.
- Salad leaves(optional).
- Freshly ground black pepper.
- Lemon wedges.
- Mix together the cream cheese, the fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon juice in a bowl.
- Split the bagels in half and place under a warm grill, freshly cut side face up, until lightly browned.
- Remove the bagels from the grill and spread the cream cheese mixture generously over half of each bagel. Place the salmon on top of the cream cheese mix and add plenty of ground black pepper.
- Add the salad leaves, if required, and squeeze over some lemon juice, then top with the other bagel half and eat while still warm.
