Brookside Farm Products is part of a family-run food business based in Maryport, which began in the late 1980s smoking and curing meat and fish products. The retail outlet was opened at the end of 2005 to supply locally-sourced, quality fresh and smoked seafood to both the general public and local restaurants and hotels.
