Buy this hamper and receive one eighth of either a Galloway or Aberdeen Angus steer, bred and reared on the fells of Wasdale and slaughtered, cut and packed all within an hour’s drive of Sca Fell Pike, the highest peak in England. Your beef will be hung for at least twenty one days, vacuum sealed and blast frozen, enabling you to remove it from your freezer and cook it as and when you like.
